William Crighton

“William Crighton is the real deal”

He has carved his name into the Australian music scene this year with a universally acclaimed debut album and unforgettable concerts, shaped by formative years spent in rural serenity.

Possessing a deep, rich and captivating voice. He wears his heart on his sleeve penning pure songs that capture the human spirit.

Crighton's journey started in the Riverina and has taken him around the world, with extensive time spent in Nashville.  Returning to Australia, he settled momentarily on the rugged banks of Burrinjuck Dam, near the South West Slopes region of NSW, to record his self-titled debut.  The album underpins the gritty essence of our vast country, and is written with literary finesse…

We think William and his band are perfect for the Blues for the Bush and can’t wait to welcome them to our side of the country in September.

“It’s high theatrics, gutsy and cool at the same time.” - Newcastle Herald

“Mesmerising debut album ****1/2 stars” - The Music
